Play area policy

To ensure the safest possible environment for every child in our care, parents and guardians are asked to follow these rules:

• No bags beyond the front desk. We kindly ask that belongings stay in one of our lockers or in your vehicle.
• No jewelry for children entering the play area.
• Random security checks will be in place

In addition, here's how we are operating:

• Our camera system has been upgraded for better coverage throughout the facility.
• Increased supervision from staff and management will be in place both physically and remotely.
• To ensure a comfortable experience for everyone, we will be operating at half capacity (75 people at a time).
