Bambino Fun Inc. operates in Ontario, providing a variety of entertainment services. These include trampoline-based activities like jumping, dodgeball, and basketball on trampolines, as well as high jumps. The company also offers day camps, inflatable bumper ball games, and arena-style attractions such as Combat Beams.
By agreeing to this document, I understand and accept that participating in the activities provided by Bambino Fun Inc. carries both known and unforeseen risks that could result in serious injury or even death. These risks may include, but are not limited to, contact with exposed equipment like springs, hooks, and frames, inadequate lighting, insufficient supervision, or trained spotters, missing or insufficient safety gear such as padding, mats, or nets, as well as slipping, falling, or colliding with objects or other participants. Additional dangers may arise from attempting jumps, stunts, spins, somersaults, or other physical maneuvers, multiple individuals engaging in activities simultaneously, differences in participants’ physical condition or weight, environmental factors like weather, and actions or neglect by the Minor Child under my legal responsibility.
By signing this Agreement, I acknowledge and accept that when my minor child participates in the activities provided by Bambino Fun Inc., there are certain inherent risks, whether known or unknown. I understand that these risks are a natural part of participating in such activities.
When the Minor Child uses Bambino Fun Inc. equipment or participates in the Activities, I acknowledge that Bambino Fun Inc. is in no way responsible for their supervision and the responsibility to supervise them falls on me as their parent or legal guardian.
By signing this Agreement, I confirm that my Minor Child is voluntarily taking part in the Activities with full understanding of the possible and inherent risks involved. I also agree to review the safety instructions provided prior to participation and to follow all established rules and guidelines.
I understand and agree that when my Minor Child uses equipment or participates in activities offered by Bambino Fun Inc., or is otherwise present on its premises, photos and/or videos (“Photographic Material”) of the Minor Child or myself may be captured by Bambino Fun Inc. These images may be taken without any form of financial or other compensation, and without obligation on the part of Bambino Fun Inc., its staff, agents, representatives, or contractors. I voluntarily transfer all rights, including moral rights, to such Photographic Material to Bambino Fun Inc., its affiliates, representatives, clients, and any other authorized parties. I further grant permission for these materials to be stored, edited, used, and shared for news, editorial, promotional, or advertising purposes, whether online, in print, or through social or other media.
By doing so, I give Bambino Fun Inc. the right to use my image and/or that of the Minor Child in any of its marketing materials, publications, websites, or promotional campaigns across all forms of media, without requiring additional approval or offering compensation of any kind.
I, the undersigned, acknowledge and agree that both I and any minor(s) accompanying me are expected to conduct ourselves in a respectful, safe, and appropriate manner at all times while on the premises. The management reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse entry to or remove from the facility any individual whose behavior is deemed to be inappropriate, disrespectful, disruptive, unsafe, or in violation of facility rules. In such cases, no refund or compensation shall be provided. By signing this waiver, I confirm my understanding and acceptance of this policy on behalf of myself and any minor(s) I accompany.
I understand and agree that the trampoline equipment is strictly for use by minors only. I understand and agree that any minor(s) under my supervision must not exceed the maximum weight limit of 75 kilograms (165 pounds). I accept full responsibility for ensuring compliance with these restrictions and acknowledge that failure to do so may result in denied access to the equipment or removal from the facility without refund.
For safety and hygiene reasons, the use of anti-slip socks provided by Bambino Fun Inc. is strictly mandatory for all participants. Only Bambino Fun Inc.-issued socks are permitted, as they are designed to meet our safety and hygiene standards. Participants must always wear these socks while using the equipment or engaging in any activities. Anyone without the appropriate socks will be required to purchase them on-site before participating.
The undersigned understands and agrees that when any minor children take part in the activities and use the facilities, they must do so responsibly. This includes adhering to the rules outlined on the safety board and taking all reasonable and appropriate steps to prevent personal injury, injury to others, and damage to the equipment.
The undersigned acknowledges and agrees that their minor child(ren) are participating voluntarily and at their own risk. While activities such as trampolining at Bambino Fun Inc. are generally supervised by employees, the undersigned recognizes that it is not reasonable to expect staff to always monitor every action of all customers. The undersigned also understands that the equipment at Bambino Fun Inc. may have unknown defects and accepts this risk. Equipment used in trampolines or other activities may break, fail, or malfunction despite regular maintenance, and it is possible that even properly used equipment could lead to serious injury or death. There is also the potential for participants to lose control of the equipment, resulting in harm to themselves or others. The undersigned understands that it is impossible to fully eliminate these inherent risks without compromising the nature of the activities themselves. By signing this Agreement, I assume full responsibility for the actions, health, and any physical limitations of my minor child, whether disclosed to Bambino Fun Inc. or not. I further acknowledge that the actions of other participants may cause injury to my minor children, and that Bambino Fun Inc. is not liable for any harm caused by the actions or omissions of other customers. Additionally, I understand that Bambino Fun Inc. may hold promotional events that involve the use of dim lighting, special effects, or other modifications, which may increase the risks associated with the activities. These heightened risks could result in physical or emotional injury, paralysis, death, or property damage to my minor children. I acknowledge that these activities may have special rules, and that my minor children may not be allowed to participate. Any participation by my minor children in such events will be entirely at their own risk.
YOUR SAFETY IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY:
The undersigned and each minor child agree to follow all rules and guidelines.
As the parent or legal guardian of the minor participant, I acknowledge and understand that participation in trampoline park activities involves inherent risks. These risks are not limited to the use of trampolines but also include other activities and equipment within the facility. I recognize that such risks are known, or should be known, by any reasonably cautious person. I understand that all participants, including minors, are expected to exercise sound judgment and act responsibly while using the trampoline or any other equipment. I agree that it is my responsibility to ensure the minor has read, understood, and will follow all verbal and written warnings, as well as watch and comply with any safety videos or images provided before and during participation.
As the parent or legal guardian of the minor participant, I acknowledge that the minor is not permitted to participate in any trampoline activities, other activities, or use any equipment if they have a pre-existing medical condition, including but not limited to circulatory issues, heart or lung problems, recent surgeries, back or neck conditions, knee or ankle concerns, high blood pressure, pregnancy or possible pregnancy, or a history of spinal, musculoskeletal, or head injuries. I understand and agree that it is my responsibility to inform a Bambino Fun Inc. employee of any such health conditions affecting the minor before they engage in any activities within the facility.
As the parent or legal guardian of the minor participant, I understand and agree that the minor is strictly prohibited from participating in any trampoline activities, engaging in other activities, or using any equipment if they are under the influence of drugs or alcohol. I acknowledge that it is my responsibility to ensure the minor is not under the influence of any substances before participating in any activities at Bambino Fun Inc.
As the parent or legal guardian, I agree that my minor child must properly use all safety equipment provided for trampolines, facilities, and other equipment.
I agree that my minor child must remove any inappropriate clothing or accessories, including sharp, rigid, or potentially dangerous items like earrings, pens, bags, pins, and similar objects.
I agree that my minor child must avoid physical contact with other participants.
I agree that my minor child must meet all height, weight, age, and other requirements set by Bambino Fun Inc.
I agree that my minor child must behave respectfully and follow all rules. Aggressive, unsafe, or disruptive behaviour may result in removal without a refund.
I agree that my minor child must not overload trampolines or other equipment.
I agree that my minor child must use all equipment within their physical and mental limits.
I agree that my minor child must avoid landing on their head or neck to prevent serious injury.
I agree that my minor child must follow all posted and verbal instructions and warnings from Bambino Fun Inc. I am responsible for closely monitoring any minor children accompanying me to ensure they always act safely.
I acknowledge that this Agreement is perpetual and will apply each time I, or any minor children under my care or legal responsibility, visit Bambino Fun Inc.'s premises.
